W, A, S, D is for moving player. A left mouse click is to make swing to front and right mouse click is to make swing from right to left. Get close to note to read it. Press E to talk to NPC, to choose what you wanna say you need to scroll with mouse wheel and press enter to say it. Click E again to quit talking.
